Encouraging women to plant fruit trees
Fatema Takkieddine is a teacher in El Jadida, and an activist working with the Grand Cœur pour l’Environnement association. Her work involves encouraging women to plant fruit trees to help expand their regions’ sustainable development. The fruit harvested from the trees can then be sold and social cooperatives formed.
